摘 要:目的总结和分析2013年度中国国际输血感染预防和控制(CITIC)室间质评结果。方法对2013年3次CITIC室间质评参评实验室、检测试剂、不正常结果和离群值情况做统计分析。结果 2013年度国内共有53家实验室参加了CITIC室间质评,其中血液中心实验室33家、中心血站实验室16家。血清学检测项目HBsAg、抗-HCV、抗-HIV和抗-TP所使用试剂中分别有66.03%(173/262)、75.57%(198/262)、64.50%(169/262)和96.02%(217/226)为国产试剂,核酸检测所用试剂中71.08%(59/83)为进口试剂。在HBsAg、抗-HCV、抗-HIV、抗-TP和核酸检测中,参评实验室出现不正常或错误结果的频率(以实验室为单位计算)分别为9.72%(14/144)、10.42%(15/144)、15.97%(23/144)、2.50%(3/120)和6.67%(5/75),68.18%(105/154)的参评实验室出现离群值,仅22.73%(35/154)的参评实验室检测结果无任何瑕疵。结论 CITIC项目的开展能较全面地持续监控国内采供血机构实验室血液筛查能力。室间质评有助于国内血液筛查实验室加强精细化管理和持续改进,从而进一步提高整体检测能力。Objective To summarize and analyze the results of China International Transfusion Infection Control ( CIT- IC) external quality assessment scbeme(EQAS) in 2013. Methods Participating laboratories,testing assays,aberrant re- suits and outlets were summarized and statistical analyzed from feedback reports of 3 EQAS test events in 2013. Results A total of 53 laboratories participated the EQAS in 2013,33 of them were from provincial blood centers and 16 were from central blood banks. 66. 03% (173/262) ,75.57% (198/262) ,64.50% (169/262) and 96. 02% (217/226) assay reagents used for HBsAg,anfi-HCV, anfi-HIV and anti-TP testing respectively were local products. 71.08% (59/83)assay reagents used for nucleic acid testing were imported products. The frequencies of aberrant or wrong results of HBsAg, anti-HCV, anti-HIV, anti- TP and nucleic acid testing were 9.72% ( 14/144 ), 10. 42% ( 15/144 ), 15.97% (23/144), 2. 50% (3/120) and 6. 67% ( 5/75 ) respectively. 68. 18% (105/154) laboratories appeared outliers, and only 22. 73% ( 35/154 ) laboratories had good results without any aberrant results and outliers. Conclusion CITIC program helps domestic blood screening laboratories to monitor their laboratory capacity comprehensively and continuously. The testing capacity of domestic blood screening laborato- ries could be further improved through strengthened management and continuous improvement.
