摘 要:目的探讨"5S"现场管理法在输血科质量管理中的应用,以确保临床输血安全。方法在原有的质量管理PDCA的基础上引入5S质量管理方法,成立"5S"管理小组,进一步加强输血科血液管理、试剂管理、仪器管理和资料管理。结果实施"5S"管理之后,血液、试剂、资料管理更加有序,仪器管理更加规范化和程序化。结论 "5S"作为现场管理的杰出手段,不仅能有效地避免时间和经济上的浪费,而且能够更好地服务于临床,更培养了科室员工良好的职业习惯和严谨的工作作风,提高了个人素养。Objective To investigate the application of "5S" management in the quality administration of blood transfu- sion department so as to ensure the safety of clinical transfusion. Methods Based on the original PDCAquality management system, the "5S" management was introduced by forming "5S" management team and strengthening blood,reagent ,equipment and document administration. Results After the implementation of "5S" management, the blood,reagent and document ad- ministration became more orderly and the equipment administration became more standardized and routinized. Conclusion As an excellent means of site management, "5 S" not only can effectively avoid the waste of time and money,but can provide better service to clinical department, devdope good occupational habits and rigorous work style of the staffs and improve their personal accomplishment.
