摘　　要：21世纪以来,随着生物技术的发展,生物大分子药物的研究成为了最有前景的领域之一,此类药物的药动学研究也随之变得越来越重要。然而,由于大分子药物的一些特性,大分子药物的定量检测分析仍是一个具有挑战性的工作。本文对近年来大分子药物定量检测分析方法进行综述。With the development of biotechnology, biomacromolecular drugs have become one of the most promising areas. Therefore, pharmacokinetics of these drugs is becoming increasingly important. However, due to some characteristics of biomacromolecular drugs, their quantitative detection remains a challenging task. Methods for analyzing the pharmacokinetics of biomacromolecular drugs were reviewed in this paper.
