摘　　要：随着医学科技进步,血液肿瘤及实体肿瘤的治疗已取得长足的进步,客观疗效提高,生存期延长,肿瘤患者的生活质量及远期生存状况越来越受到关注。其中,抗肿瘤药物心血管方面的不良反应是肿瘤长期存活者面临的问题之一,本文结合最近相关研究汇总抗肿瘤药物心血管方面不良反应及其防治。With the development of medical technology, the treatment of blood cancer and sohd tumors has made significant progress. As the objective effect improved and overall survival prolonged, more and more attention has been paid to the quality of life and long-term survival of cancer patients. Among relative factors, cardiotoxicity of anticancer drugs is one of the problems faced by long-term survivors of cancer. This article summarizes cardiotox- icity of anticancer drugs and the prevention and treatment according to recent studies.
