摘　　要：目的:结合奥沙利铂过敏反应特点,尝试建立针对奥沙利铂所致过敏反应的标准化药学服务模式。方法:针对奥沙利铂所致过敏反应的特点,深入临床,面向医生、护士及患者开展标准化的药学服务。结果:初步建立了奥沙利铂所致过敏反应的标准化药学服务模式,根据不同的药学服务对象提供不同内容的药学服务。结论:药学服务仍需在实践中进行改进完善。Objective： To establish a specific and standardized model of pharmaceutical care according to the characteristics of oxaliplatin-induced hypersensitivity reactions. Methods： A specific pharmaceutical care to ox- aliplatin was carried out facing the doctors, nurses and patients. Results： A specific and standardized model of pharmaceutical care to oxaliplatin was established. Different contents of pharmaceutical care were provided depen- ding on the different objects. Conclusion： Pharmaceutical care needs to be improved in practice.
