摘　　要：针对酸洗机组正常投产后,液压剪出现剪刃间隙变动,剪切困难的问题。采用有限元软件校核上刀架的强度,结合现场分析找到原因,对现有结构提出改进意见。The change on blade gap of the hydraulic shear in pickling lines ofter happens after the line is put into normal operation, which causes the shear fails in cutting. In order to solve this problem, finite element analysis is conducted to check the strength of the cutter blade carrier and also the site condition is analysed to find out the cause. The suggestion on how to improve the current structure of the shear is given.
