摘 要:为研究强风作用下的储料罐的抗风性能,以强风区某工程拌和站储料罐为对象,基于商用软件FLUENT,采用CFD数值模拟方法,对储料罐单罐和多罐串并列排放进行了二维数值模拟,对比了不同角度下储料罐的受力性能,得到了不同间距排列下储料罐的阻力系数和升力系数拟合公式,并对储料罐的涡振性能进行了分析。结果表明:双罐绕流分析情况下,双罐并列排放时所受合力较大,不同排列组合工况下涡振发振风速较高,涡振发生的可能性较小;三罐并列情况下,三罐中的阻力系数均较单罐阻力系数大,且中间罐阻力系数较边罐大;多罐排列情况下,中间罐阻力系数可取0.92,边罐阻力系数可取0.60进行抗风验算。In order to investigate the wind-resistance performance under strong wind,taking the storage tanks in strong wind area as the research object,2D numerical simulation for single storage tank and groups of tanks in tandem and side-by-side arrangement is carried out by CFD numerical simulation method based on commercial software FLUENT. The force characteristics of tanks at different angles are compared,the fitting formulas of drag coefficient and lift coefficient of storage tanks arranged in different spacings are obtained,and the vortex shedding characteristics of storage tanks are analyzed. The result shows that( 1) 2 tanks are subjected to larger resultant force if they are set side-by-side, and the vortex shedding velocity is comparatively higher and leading to low probability of vortex shedding under different arrangement conditions;( 2) when 3 tanks are arranged side-by-side,the drag coefficient of each one is larger than that of single tank,and the drag coefficient of the inside tank is also larger than that of the outside tanks;( 3) 0. 92 and0. 60 can be adopted for the drag coefficients of the inside and the outside tanks respectively for windresistance checking of group of tanks.
