摘 要:[目的]测定白花丹茎、叶中Fe、Cu、Mn 3种微量元素的含量.[方法]采用硝酸和高氯酸(4+1)分解样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定.[结果]结果显示,白花丹茎、叶中含有上述3种微量元素且存在差异,其中叶、茎中3种微量元素含量大小均为:Fe>Cu>Mn,RSD<1.9%,回收率在92.0%-106.0%.[结论]该方法简便、快速、准确,适于分析测定白花丹中的微量元素,测定结果对研究白花丹的药理作用具有参考意义.[Objective] The aim was to determinate three kinds of trace elements Fe, Cu, Mn contents in Plumbago zeylcanica L. stem and leaf. [Method] The three kinds of trace elements Fe, Cu, Mn contents in Plumbago zeylanica L. stem and leaf were determinated ,by using nitric acid and perchloric acid (4 + l) decomposition samples, flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS). [Results] The results showed that the kinds of trace elements was different in stem and leaf of Plumbago zeylanica L.. The size of three kinds of trace elements contents in the middle: Fe 〉 Cu 〉 Mn, the contents of trace elements in stem was: Fe 〉 Cu 〉 Mn. RSD 〈 1.9%.And the recovery was between 92.0%-106.0%. [Conclusion] The method was brief, rapid and accurate for the determination of Plumbago zeylanica L.. The study provided references for future pharmacological study of Plumbago zeylanica L..
