摘 要:为解决高瓦斯易自燃煤层安全生产过程中的关键难题,结合阳泉矿区石港矿实际情况,利用实验室试验、理论分析和现场实测相结合的方法对高瓦斯易自燃煤层瓦斯与自燃复合致灾机理进行研究。结果表明:高瓦斯易自燃煤体在含瓦斯风流不同瓦斯体积分数条件下,氧化产物总体上呈现"滞缓效应",而在等温条件下,随着CH4体积分数的增加煤自燃氧化产物总体上呈现"抑制效应";立体抽采条件下采空区漏风使得自燃"三带"范围变宽,同时利用高抽巷和尾巷CO体积分数可进行采空区自然发火预测,将自然发火划分为两个阶段;高瓦斯易自燃采空区立体抽采条件下散热带可采用氧气氮气体积比等于0.221来进行划分,自燃带仍可采用氧气体积分数5%来进行划分。In order to resolve the key safety problems existed in the coal extraction in a gassy and high spontaneous combustion propensity coal seam,based on the mining condition in Shigang Mine in Yangquan coal field,this paper studied on the coupling hazard mechanism of mine gas and coal fire for a gassy and high spontaneous combustion propensity coal seam by combining usages of experimental investigations,theoretical analysis and on-site measurements.The results show that under the conditions of air flow with various mine gas concentrations,the oxidation products show the "stagnancy effect"in general; and the "inhibitory effect"of oxidation products is taken place as increasing the CH4concentration can be observed when given the isothermal conditions. The stereoscopic gas drainage plan can change the air leakage pattern in the mine gob which also results in varying the widths of coal spontaneous combustion"three-zone". Meantime,by combing using the analyses of CO concentrations both in high-level drainage roadway and in tailgate road to predict the spontaneous combustion in the"three-zone",two distinguished stages can be identified.The ration of 0. 221 of oxygen to nitrogen can be used to be divided thermal zone for high gas and combustible goaf,spontaneous combustion zone with oxygen concentration of 5% can still be used to be divided.
