摘  要:绿色建筑能否为市场所认可和接受,关键在效益状况。绿色建筑的环境效益分为节能环境效益、节水环境效益、节材环境效益、节地环境效益和环境质量改善效益,文章研究了与"低碳经济"、"低碳建筑"精神一致的节能环境效益。首先介绍了苏州市绿色建筑的发展现状,并且与全国、江苏省作了比较。然后根据CDM机制中CO2的减排价值,利用市场价值法,评估了苏州市截止2012年底获得的节能环境效益。最终计算可知苏州市绿色建筑节能可减少CO2排放7.54×104t,可获得1.21亿元的环境利益。Whether or not the green buildings can be accepted by the market is depend on its beneficial condition. The environmental benefits of green buildings can be divided into five parts, including energy-saving, water-saving, material-saving, land-saving and the improvement of environmental quality. The environmental benefit of energy-saving is discussed in this paper, which is in line with the spirit of low-carbon economy and low-carbon buildings. Firstly, this paper introduces the development situation of green buildings in Suzhou and compared with the whole country and Jiangsu Province. Then according to the CDM mechanism of CO2emission value and the marketing value method, the energy-saving environmental benefits of Suzhou is evaluated by the end of 2012. Finally, it is concluded that the green buildings in Suzhou can reduce 7.54 ×104ton CO2 and acquire 1.21 billion Yuan by the means of energy-saving.
