摘　　要：采用最低价中标方式进行招标,招标人最担心的是出现恶意低价中标。作者根据长期工作实践,分析了恶意低价中标出现的原因及可能产生的后果,总结了应对措施。The tenderee is extremely worried about the malicious acceptance of bidding at lower price when the lowest price bidding method is used. Based on the author’s long-term working practices, the paper analyzes the reasons and the possible results of malicious acceptance of bidding at lower price, and concludes response measures.
