关于生物医药园区建设的几点建议

摘　　要：生物医药作为21世纪的朝阳产业现在已经成为全球新的经济增长点,且正处于大规模产业化的开始阶段。同时,随着大量国外专利药到期、国内相关政策趋向松动,中国仿制药产业未来市场规模巨大。在此背景下生物医药产业作为我国七大战略性新兴产业之一,其发展得到各级政府的高度重视,全国各地都在加快生物医药领域的园区建设。生物医药园区在加快国内医药产业发展的同时,在园区建设、管理、运营等方面也存在诸多问题。本文基于自身实践和研究,同时结合生物医药产业特点,提出了几点关于园区建设建议,以供园区建设者参考。As a sunrise industry in the 21st century, the bio - pharmaceutical industry had become a new economic growth point, which in the beginning stage of large - scale industrialization. Meanwhile, with a number of international pa- tents expiring and domestic policies being loosened gradually as well, the generic drug industry in China will have a huge market scale in future. In this context, as one of the seven strategic emerging industries in China,high attention are paid to the biomedicine industry by government at all levels, and the construction of bio - pharmaceutical parks is accelerated across the country. However, at the same time, there were many problems in terms of park construction, management, operation, etc. Based on self-practice and research,and combined with the characteristics of the biomedical industry,we made some own proposals concerning for the construction of the park designers.
