金叶刺槐不同扦插育苗方式对生根率影响的研究

摘　　要：通过对金叶刺槐（Robinia pseudoacacia Aurea）进行蛭石、珍珠岩和河沙等3种基质,NNA、IBA、ABT等3种生根促进剂,50、100、200mg·L-1等3种浓度,2、6、12h等3种处理时间的扦插育苗试验,结果表明：金叶刺槐采用嫩枝扦插方法进行繁殖时,以蛭石或珍珠岩作扦插基质,插穗带4～5片叶片,插前用ABT生根粉进行催根处理,浓度为100mg·L-1,处理时间为6～8h可达到较理想的育苗效果。Cuttage seedling-raising experiments of Robinia pseudoacacia were conducted with three matrices （vermic-ulite ,perlite and sand） and CK ,three kinds of rooting accelerator （NNA ,IBA ,ABT ） ,three kinds of concentration （50 ,100 ,200 mg＆#183;L-1 ） ,three kinds of treating time （2 ,6 ,12 h） .Result shows that ：the softwood cuttings of Robinia pseudoacacia were cut by taking vermiculite or perlite as cutting medium ,cuttings with four to five leaves ;the cut-ting was treated with ABT rooting powder ,with the concentration being 100 mg＆#183;L-1 ;the treating time is from six to eight hours ,which can reach an ideal nursery effect .
