摘  要:对分别生长于大兴安岭北坡、南坡的2种灵芝(LZ01、LZ02)的生物学特性进行了研究,通过平板培养方式观测不同温度、pH值、氮源、碳源及不同碳氮比对2种菌种生长速度的影响。结果表明:2种灵芝菌丝适宜生长温度范围为24~28℃,其中LZ01生长于背阴面,最适生长温度在28℃左右;LZ02生长于向阳面,最适生长温度为24℃。2种灵芝在偏酸性环境下生长较好。2种灵芝菌种既能利用有机氮源,也能利用无机氮源,但是有机氮源对其生长较为有利。可溶性淀粉为LZ01适宜生长的碳源,葡萄糖为LZ02适宜生长的碳源,5种碳氮比中比值为40∶1时,菌丝生长速度最快。The biological characteristics of two kinds of Ganoderma lucidum(LZ01 LZ02) in northern slopesouthern slope of Daxingan’ling was studied .The effects of different temperature ,pH ,nitrogen sources ,carbon sources ,and carbon nitrogen ratio on the growth of the two strains were investigated by plate culture .Result shows that the range from 24℃ to 28℃ is optimal for the two strains ;28℃ is the optimal for LZ01 growing in sunny slope and 24℃ is optimal for LZ02 growing in shady slope .The two strain like to grow in the acid environment ;they can use both organic nitrogen sources and inorganic nitrogen source ,but organic nitrogen sources can be more conducive to their growth ;soluble starch is suitable carbon source for LZ01 ;glucose is carbon for LZ02 .Mycelium grew the fastest while the carbon nitrogen ratio is 40∶1 .
