摘 要:针对人工巡检和有线方式获取油气井口凝析天然气流量数据存在井场分布零散、地理位置偏僻和实时性差的现状,设计了一种采用GPRS方式实时传输凝析天然气流量数据的通信方式。计量平台采用ARM-Linux嵌入式系统与GPRS通信模块相连,将流量数据传送到Internet公网,实时传送至监控中心;监控中心上位机采用LabVIEW软件设计,实时监测流量数据。重点介绍了计量平台与GPRS模块的硬件组成与各部分的软件开发。实际应用结果表明:在GPRS网络覆盖区域,计量平台均可通过GPRS无线传输和监控中心上位机实现信息互换。Considering the fact that disorderly-scattered well sites,remote geographical situations and poor real-time capability can influence the data acquisition of gas condensate flow via manual routing inspection and wired method,a GPRS-based communication mode to transmit gas_condensate flow data was designed,in which,the ARM-Linux embedded platform connects with GPRS communication module to transmit the flow data to the control center through Internet; and the PC software interface designed with LabVIEW monitors the remote flow data at real time.The attention was directed to the hardware configuration and software development concerned of both measuring platform and GPRS modules.The application in practice shows that within the area where GPRS covered,the information exchange can be realized between the measuring platform and the PC software interface through GPRS.
