摘 要:目的研究红腺忍冬叶的抗炎解热作用,为红腺忍冬叶的开发利用提供实验依据。方法通过二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀和棉球致小鼠肉芽肿模型,考察红腺忍冬叶不同溶剂提取物的抗炎作用;通过酵母性发热大鼠模型,考察红腺忍冬叶不同溶剂提取物的解热作用。结果抗炎实验中,与模型组比较,红腺忍冬叶不同溶剂提取物对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀等3种模型都具有一定的抑制作用,均能降低角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀炎症组织中PGE2含量和炎症血清中NO含量(P<0.01或P<0.05),综合肿胀抑制率、PGE2和NO含量指标,95%醇提高剂量组效果较好。解热实验中,与模型组比较,红腺忍冬叶水提高剂量组在给药后1 h体温显著降低(P<0.01),水提高、低剂量组在给药后3 h体温显著降低(P<0.05);50%和95%醇提高剂量组在给药后1 h体温显著降低(P<0.05)。结论红腺忍冬叶具有一定的抗炎、解热作用,95%醇提取物的抗炎作用值得研究。Objective To study the anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effect of leaves of Lonicera Hypoglauca Miq. and provide a experimental basis for the development and utilization of leaves of Lonicera Hypoglauca Miq..Methods Through three kinds of models that were mice ear swelling caused by xylene,rats paw swelling caused by carrageenan and mice granuloma caused by cotton ball,the anti-inflammatory effects of different solvent extracts from leaves of Lonicera Hypoglauca Miq. were studied. Rats with fever caused by yeast were chosen. The antipyretic effects of different solvent extracts from leaves of Lonicera Hypoglauca Miq. were studied. Results Compared with the model group,different solvent extracts of leaves of Lonicera Hypoglauca Miq. all had a certain inhibition effect on three models mentioned above in anti-inflammatory experiment. These extracts all could reduce the content of PGE2in the inflammatory tissue and NO in the inflammatory serum of rats paw swelling caused by carrageenan( P 〈0. 01or P 〈0. 05). Integrate all the indexes such as swelling inhibition rate and PGE2or NO content. The anti-inflammatory effect of high dose group of 95% ethanol extract was better. In antipyretic experiment,body temperature of the high dose group of water extract was very significant reduced after 1 h since administration( P 〈0. 01),compared with the model group,body temperature of the highor low dose group of water extract was significant reduced after 3 h since administration( P 〈0. 05),body temperature of the high dose group of 50% or 95% ethanol extract was significant reduced after 1 h since administration( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion Leaves of Lonicera Hypoglauca Miq. has a certain anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effect. Anti-inflammatory effect of 95% ethanol extract on leaves of Lonicera Hypoglauca Miq. is worthy of further research.
