摘  要:传统的医疗急救车在病人生理数据实时采集、传输和分析等方面存在诸多不足,文章将智能物联网技术引入到医疗救护车系统的功能升级与设计中,给出一个具有较高实用开发性的医疗救护车智能物联网系统设计方案。该智能物联网的医疗救护车是利用3G/4G网络,将救护车上自动采集到的病人生理数据实时发送到医院急救中心以及医生客户端,医院急救指挥中心的值班医生根据救护车监视系统里传来的数据对病人病情做出初步诊断,并可将处理方法发送给随车医护人员以进行急救指导,同时,根据实时的病人生理数据,以及各种分析结果,在医院进行各种手术和其他治疗目的的针对性准备。Due to many disadvantages existed in the traditional medical ambulance for real-time collection of the patient's physiological data, we present an effective design scheme on a kind of medical ambulance sys-tem based on internet of things by introducing smart internet of things technology into the design and improve-ment of the medical ambulance system. The function principle is as follows:Firstly, the data on patient’s phys-iological data collected automatically by onboard devices are sent to the hospital urgent care centre and corre-sponding doctors’terminals by using 3G/4G networks. Secondly, the doctors on duty basically diagnose ill-nesses according to the data transmitted from the medical ambulance system. Thirdly, the diagnosis result can be fed back to the doctors in the medical ambulance to guide medical and rescue. Finally, the doctors on duty are synchronously preparing for the patient in terms of the patient’s physiological data and the associated anal-ysis results.
