摘　　要：以园区网络视频业务作为研究背景,对用户访问视频资源时呈现的广延指数特性、周期和突发特性进行建模。通过仿真实验分析用户访问行为特性对园区网视频业务可靠性的影响。仿真结果表明:当园区网采用"根据用户行为的广延指数特性"设计的缓存算法及服务器集群负载均衡算法时,可有效地提高园区网视频业务可靠性;广延参数c的改变对视频业务可靠性的影响很小;高强度访问的发生周期及持续时间一定程度上影响着园区网视频业务可靠性。Based on the video application of campus network, a user access behavior model was estab-lished to describe the statistical characteristics of user behavior including the stretched exponential distribu-tion , the periodic characteristics and the sudden characteristics.It is shown that reliability for video appication can be effectively raised when the campus network using the cache algorithm and load balancing algorithm of server clustering designed according to the stretched exponential characteristics of user behavior , however the reliability for video appication is almost independent on the parameter c of the stretched exponential.The fre-quency and the duration of the high strength access has certain impact on the reliability for video appication of campus network.
