摘  要:随着20世纪末教育管理体制转型以及高等教育大众化的推进,行业类大学呈现出不同以往的文化样态。实现行业类大学特色发展必须秉持立足行业、培养行业专才、特色学科建设、多元参与治理、服务行业与区域的文化取向。其有效的文化策略包括:实施科教融合战略,落实学术卓越计划,优化协同创新机制,完善理事会制度,实行品牌服务策略,构建育人、学科、科研、治理与服务"五位一体"的文化体系。With the transformation of education management system and promoting of the population of high education at the 20 century, there are different euhural types from present in universities with industry characteristics. In order to realize the development of the universities with industry characteristics, it should persist in the cultural orientation of standing out in the industry, training specialist of the industry, building the characteristic discipline, governing of multi-participation, serving the industry and region. The effective cultural strategies include practicing the amalgamation strategy of science and education, carrying out the scientific Excellence Program, enhancing the cooperative innovation mechanism, perfecting the trustee council system, implementing the brand service strategy, constructing the cultural system of a five-in-one unity of education, discipline, scientific research, management and service.
