摘　　要：报告1例烟酸缺乏症。患者女,21岁。因全身褐色斑,脱屑5个月,加重1个月入院。体格检查:颈部四肢见棕褐色斑,粗糙伴脱屑。颈部皮损呈衣领状,上臂,腋窝,下肢皮损见片状脱屑,皮损边缘颜色较深,境界清楚。手,足,面部皮肤粗糙增厚,口角破溃结黄痂。皮损组织病理检查:表皮明显角化过度,疣状增生,棘层萎缩变薄,基底层色素增加;真皮浅层血管周围少许慢性炎性细胞浸润。诊断:重度营养不良并发烟酸缺乏症。A case of pellagra was reported. A 21-year-old female presented with brown patches and scaling all over the body for 5 months and worsened for 1 month. Physical examination showed brown patches, rough and desquamation on the neck and limbs. There were collarette lesion on the neck, and the lesions on the upper arm, axillary and lower limbs were deeply pig- mented, sharply demarcated with patchy desquamation. The skin of the feet and face was rough and thickened, and the corners of the mouth was ulcerated with yellow crusts. Histopatholgy showed atrophy of the epidermis with orthokeratotic hyperkeratosis, and a discrete inflammatory infiltration in the dermis. The diagnosis of severe malnutrition associated with pellagra was made.
