小儿胸腺增大X线诊断临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨与研究小儿胸腺增大X线诊断与临床价值。方法：回顾性分析临床随访证实的69例小儿胸腺增大的X线征象。结果：小儿胸腺增大X线表现为右上纵隔旁僧帽状增宽影12例，右上纵隔旁三角形影似船帆状22例，上纵隔双侧对称性增宽影15例，右上纵隔单侧平直增宽影20例，其中55例经胸片复查、14例胸部CT平扫，均有不同程度缩小。结论：小儿胸腺增大的X线影像表现具有一定的特征性，通过胸片复查、心胸CT平扫及临床随访证实，结合相关年龄段，具有临床诊断价值。Objective：To investigate and study of thymic enlargement and clinical value of X -ray diagnosis;Methods：retrospective analysis of the clinical follow -up confirmed 69 cases of children with enlarged thymus X -ray signs;Results：children with enlarged thy-mus X-ray showed right upper mediastinum adjacent mitral broadening shadows in 12 cases, right upper mediastinum adjacent triangular＆amp;nbsp;sail shaped shadow in 22 cases, 15 cases of mediastinal bilateral symmetry of broadening of right upper mediastinum shadow , unilateral straight broadening shadows in 20 cases, of which 55 cases, 14 cases of chest X -ray review chest CT scan , decreased with different de-gree;Conclusion：X-ray manifestations in children with enlarged thymus has certain characteristics , through the chest X -ray review , chest CT scan and clinical follow -up confirmed , according to age , clinical diagnosis .
