摘  要:目的 探讨128层螺旋CT仿真内窥镜技术对严重钙化的冠状动脉管腔狭窄程度判断的价值.方法 收集分别行冠状动脉成像及DSA检查患者54例,选择其中84节段局部管壁严重钙化的冠状动脉,其钙化影响目测对狭窄程度的判断,利用仿真内窥镜技术对前述局部冠状动脉狭窄程度进行分析,同时对比相应DSA结果综合评判.结果 84节段冠状动脉利用一般后处理方法目测均无法判断管腔狭窄程度,仿真内窥镜显示管腔狭窄0%~50%者13例,50%~75%者25例,75%~95%者41例,完全闭塞者(狭窄>95%)5例;DSA显示管腔狭窄0%~50%者15例,50%~75%者24例,75%~95%者42例,完全闭塞者3例.结论 128层螺旋CT仿真内窥镜技术能帮助判断严重钙化的冠状动脉管腔狭窄程度,有很高的临床应用价值.Objective To evaluate the value of 128-slice MSCT virtual endoscopic technology for judging the degree of stenosis on heavily calcified coronary artery. Methods Images of 84 segments of heavily calcified coronary artery were collected from 54 patients who performed both coronary angiography and DSA. The degree of foregoing partial coronary stenosis was analysed by using virtual endoscopic technology and compared with the results of the corresponding DSA. Results The degree of stenosis could not be deter- mined by using general post-processing method, but could be showed by virtual endoscopic technology. 13 cases were 0%- 50% stenosis, 50%-75% in 25 cases,75%-95% in 41 cases, complete occlusion(stenosis greater than 95%) in 5 cases, while DSA showed 0%-50% stenosis in 15 cases,50%-75% in 24 cases,75%-95% in 42 cases, complete occlusion in 3 cases. Conclusion 128-slice MSCT virtual endoscopic technology can help determine the stenosis degree of heavily calcified coronary artery ,which has a high clinical value.
