泛发性脓疱型银屑病代谢性相关指标的分析

摘　　要：收集40例泛发性脓疱型银屑病(GPP)患者的血糖、血脂、血压及血常规等代谢性疾病相关的各项指标,并与同期住院且年龄性别匹配的86例尖锐湿疣(CA)患者进行比较。GPP组的血压、空腹血糖、三酰甘油、嗜酸细胞数与CA组比较差异无统计学意义,而总胆固醇显著降低,白细胞总数、中性粒细胞数显著高于CA组(P<0.05)。Fourty patients with generalized pustular psoriasis and eighty-six age and gender matched patients with condyloma acuminatum were enrolled in our study. We compared laboratory data especially some metabolic related marks such as blood pressure, fasting blood sugar, blood fat and routine blood tests in two groups. Blood pressure, the level of fasting blood sugar and triglyceride and eosinophilic cell count were comparable in two groups. Lower level of serum cholesterol and higher white blood cell count and neutrophil number were observed in generalized pustular psoriasis patients （ all P〈0.05 ） .
