摘 要:在我国快速城市化和大规模高铁建设的现实进程中,城乡边缘带高铁站被视为新的区域增长极,对周边地区发展产生跨尺度、多要素的复杂影响。大连高铁站地区的案例研究发现:①站点周边建成环境,虽然迎来高铁触媒效应下的历史性变迁,但也导致了地方空间异化;②地方居民日常生活,既形成传统与现代混合的社区生活氛围,也遭遇外部环境压力下的心理不适与生活困境;③区域社会经济网络,更面临外来流动资源与地方经济活动难以调和的矛盾冲突。总之,高铁站建设激化了周边地区发展进程的潜能与矛盾,也使城乡边缘带可持续发展面临更艰巨挑战。With China's fast urbanization and the massive-scale construction of high-speed railways, rural-urban fringes where many of the high-speed railway sta- tions locate are regarded as the new regional growth pole that has complex im- pacts on the development of the surrounding areas. From the case study of the Dalian high-speed railway station district, it is found that: In spite of historical transformation, the constructed environment in the area had also experienced spa- tial alienation; Local people's daily life are diversified due to the fusion of tradi- tional and modem life styles, yet some of them also bear pressures and difficul- ties resulted from the changing external environment; The indigenous social and economic networks are continuously challenged and undermined by the inflow of external resources . The development of high-speed rail way stations and the sur- rounding areas in China had released great potential yet also led to new challeng- es to the sustainable development .of rural-urban fringes in China.
