摘  要:目的探讨注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童血清铁蛋白和血镁的变化。方法检测60例ADHD患儿(ADHD组)和30例健康儿童(对照组)血清血红蛋白、血清铁蛋白及血镁水平,采用视听整合连续执行测试系统评估患儿反应控制和注意力水平相关指标。结果 ADHD组血清铁蛋白和血镁水平均低于对照组[(31.68±10.21)μg/L vs.(60.33±11.65)μg/L和(0.57±0.27)mmol/L vs.(0.96±0.33)mmol/L](P<0.05)。ADHD组患儿反应控制和注意力水平相关指标均低于对照组(P<0.01)。血清铁蛋白和血镁水平与ADHD患儿反应控制和注意力水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 ADHD患儿的发病可能与低水平血清铁蛋白和血镁有关。Objective To explore the changes of serum ferritin and magnesium in the children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Methods Hemoglobin, serum ferritin and magnesium were detected in ADHD group (60 cases) and control group (30 healthy children). The indicators related to the reaction control and attention in two groups were evaluated by integrated visual and auditory continuous performance test system. Results Serum levels of ferritin and magnesium in ADHD group were lower than those in control group[(31.68±10. 21)/zg/L vs. (60. 33 ±11.65) /zg/L and (0. 57±0. 27) mmol/L vs. (0.96 ± 0. 33) mmol/L] (P〈0. 05). The indicators related to the reaction control and attention were lower in ADHD group than those in control group (P〈0. 01). Serum levels of ferritin and magnesium were positively correlated to the levels of reaction control and attention in children with ADHD(P〈0.05). Conelusion Low levels of serum ferritin and magnesium may be involved in the pathogenesis of ADHD.
