摘  要:miRNA是长约18~25个核苷酸的非编码小RNA,通过与靶mRNA结合而抑制其表达或促进其降解。研究表明miRNA通过多种途径参与细胞的多种病理生理过程。银屑病是一种常见的慢性皮肤病,发病机制涉及遗传、感染及免疫等方面。文章综述了miRNA与银屑病发病机制相关性研究的进展。miRNA is non-coding, small, about 18~25 nucleotides length RNA, which inhibits the expres-sion of RNA or promotes degeneration of RNA through combining targeted mRNA. Studies have showed that miRNA is involved in many physiopathological procesess through a variety of ways. Psoriasis is a common chronic inflammatory skin disorder, and its pathogenesis is related to genetics, immunological and environ-mental factors. In this paper we focus on the relationship between miRNA and the pathogenesis of psoriasis.
