摘 要:研究了9种药用植物浸提液对水华藻种小球藻、铜绿微囊藻、惠氏微囊藻的影响,并对筛选出的药用植物对铜绿微囊藻、惠氏微囊藻抗氧化酶体系活性的影响进行了研究.结果表明,黄连、重楼2种药用植物的浸提液均有明显抑藻效应,当黄连、重楼药用植物浸提液的质量浓度为4g·L^-1时,所产生的化感物质对铜绿微囊藻、惠氏微囊藻的溶藻率达到70%~80%;对铜绿微囊藻、惠氏微囊藻的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性都低于对照组,进一步印证了黄连、重楼药用植物浸提液对铜绿微囊藻、惠氏微囊藻的抑藻效果。The present research was conducted to test the inhibitive effects on the growth of Chlorella, Microcystis aeruginosa, and Microcystis wyeth and the effects of extracts of screened medicinal plants on activities of antioxidant enzymes of Microcystis aeruglnosa and Microcystis wesenbergii. The results showed that the extracts of Coptis chinensis and Paris polyphylla had inhibitive effects on the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa and Microcystis wesenbergii. When the relative concentration of the extracts was at 4 g ~ L-I, 80% -90% Microcystis aeruginosa and Microcystis wesenbergii were cracked by the allel- ochemicals of Coptis chinensis and Paris polyphylla and the activities of SOD, POD, and CAT of the Microcystis aeruginosa and Microcystis wesenbergii were lower than those of the control. These confirmed that Coptis chinensis and Paris polyphylla had an inhibitory effect on Microcystis aeruginosa and Micro- cystis wesenbergii.
