摘　　要：基于河南农业和经济发展的实际情况,对河南粮食和农业生产收入低下的制约因素进行了理论分析,在此基础上提出了河南农业发展应该走以提高农业收入促进粮食增产的发展思路,以及从技术进步和制度创新方面促进农业产业化发展的具体措施.This paper presents a theoretical analyzed of＂low income＂ of agriculture, based on the ac- tual situation of agriculture and economic development in Henan province. Then, we insisted that Henan province agricultural development should take to improving agricultural income for developing grain production, as well as specific measures to promote the development of agricultural industrializa- tion, technological progress and institutional innovation.
