摘 要:目的观察亲子鉴定常用STR基因座的三带型现象,分析探讨其特点。方法分析11985例亲子鉴定(含29111个个体)的STR分型数据,筛选三带型事件,统计三带型的频率并分析三带型的特点。结果三带型的检出总频率为0.0721%(21/29111),其中D21S11检出率最高,为0.0172%(5/29111);D18S51检出率为0.0137%(4/29111);FGA检出率为0.0103%(3/29111)。Type1三带型携带者随机传递一个等位基因给子代,Type2携带者可遗传两个等位基因给子代。结论三带型结果较少见,判读须慎重。Objective To analyze the phenomena and characteristics of three-banded patterns in autoso- mal STR loci for paternity analysis. Methods STR data of 11985 paternity cases (29111 individuals) was analyzed. The three-banded patterns were screened. The frequency of three-banded patterns was calculated. The feature of three-banded patterns was analyzed. Results The frequency for three-banded patterns in autosomal STRs was 0. 0721% (21/29111). The frequency of three-banded patterns was 0. 0172% (5/29111) at D21Sll, 0.0137% (4/29111) at D18S51 and 0.0103% (3/29111) at FGA. The carriers with the Type1 pattern randomly transfer one allele to the offsprings. The carriers with the Type2 pattern may transmit two alleles to the offsprings. Conclusion Three-banded pattern events are rare and need careful assessment.
