摘 要:针对实际生产对剐齿刀的迫切需求,基于自由曲面设计理论和制造技术,提出适应各种渐开线圆柱齿轮剐齿加工的刀具结构设计方案。以设计原理和可制造性为依据,选择球面为初始前刀面,建立其自由曲面模型;基于曲面共轭原理,建立待加工齿面的共轭面模型;以无理论加工齿形误差为目标,采用前刀面与齿面共轭面的交线作为主刃,建立其数学模型;以一系列的主刃为基础,建立自由曲面形式的主后刀面的数学模型;按照与主后刀面设计相同方法,建立顶刃和顶后刀面的数学模型;通过计算实例验证设计方法和数学模型的有效性和可行性。In order to meet the requirements of actual produce for the design method of slice cutter, a new cutter design method for involute cylindrical gear is proposed based on free-form surface. According to the design principle and the realizability of manufacture, sphere is chosen to be as initial rake face and its free-form mathematical model is established. From the theory of conjugation, the model of the plane conjugating to the surface to be processed is built. Taking the error-free design as the goal, the major is designed to be the intersection between the rake face and the conjugate surface and its mathematical model is established. The mathematical model of free-form major flank which consists of a series of major edges is built. Then the mathematical model of top edge and top flank face are established based on the same theory to major flank face. A calculation example is given to verify the availability and feasibility of the design method and mathematical model.
