摘 要:研究了Si、C和V含量对高强钢筋组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,提高硅含量有利于提高钢棒的延性和高温松弛性能,但屈强比会随之降低。在相同的冷却条件下,碳含量高的试样得到了更多的马氏体组织,强度更高。钒元素会增加屈强比,有利于强度和延性的整体性能提高。The effect of the content of Si, C and V in the high-strength steel on the microstructures and mechanical properties was investigated. The results show that the increase of silicon content is beneficial for improving the ductility and high-temperature slackness of steel bar, but the yield ratio decreases. The sample with high carbon content has more martensite structures and higher strength under the same cooling condition. The yield ratio increases when adding vanadium into the steel, and the overall performances of the strength and ductility are improved.
