摘　　要：采用不同工艺对建筑智能隔震用Ti-50Ni-0.5Cr-0.5Y形状记忆合金进行热处理,对试样的显微组织、残余应变进行了分析。结果表明,Ti-50Ni-0.5Cr-0.5Y形状记忆合金的优选热处理工艺为分级退火、分级淬火和回火。The Ti-50Ni-0.5Cr-0.5Y shape memory alloys for intelligent isolation of building were heat-treated by different process. The microstructure, residual strain and energy consumption of the samples were analyzed. The results show that the optimized heat treatment process is grading annealing, grading quenching and tempering.
