摘  要:通过熔炼、连铸连轧工艺制备了添加混合稀土的8176线缆铝合金杆。采用SEM和EDS观察分析工具,通过测量电阻率、抗拉强度和伸长率等材料性能参数,研究了混合稀土添加到8176工业线缆铝中对其组织和性能的影响。结果表明,加入混合稀土元素后明显细化了铝合金的晶粒,并使铝合金中Si、Fe元素由固溶态转变为析出态,出现"蜂窝相"和"白球相"。当混合稀土元素含量为0.10%和0.25%时,合金铝杆的电阻率有一个较低值。合金的抗拉强度随稀土含量的增加而增大,而伸长率降低。The 8176 aluminum alloy added with mixture of rare earth for cables was produced by melting, continuous casting and rolling process. The effects of mixed rare earth on microstructure and properties of 8176 aluminum alloy were studied using scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) and measuring electrical resistivity, tensile strength and extensibility. The results show that the grains of aluminum alloy were refined obviously after adding rare earths. Si and Fe elements precipitate from the solution state into educts, the honeycomb phase and white ball phase occurr. The electrical resistivity is lower when the content of the added mixed rare earth is 0.10% and 0.25%. The tensile strength of aluminum alloy increases with the increase of the mixed rare earth, but the extensibility is reverse.
