摘 要:通过水模型实验,以KCl为示踪剂,采用刺激响应法,对某厂七机七流中间包少流浇注进行了研究。研究发现,多流中间包停浇位置不同,对中间包内流场的影响不同,需要进行对比研究,以取得较好的中间包冶金效果;停浇1流时,第二流或者第六流停浇中间包各流参数较好;停浇2流时,第二流和第六流同时停浇,中间包冶金效果较好。Some factories in the small stream pouring of seven machine tundish with seven streams were researched through water model experiment in which the stimulus response method was adopted and KCl was used as tracer material. The study found that the effect of several flow tundish with different stop-pouring position on the flow field is difference, which need to study adopt contrastive method to obtain better metallurgical effect. When one stream pouring is shutdown, the parameters of the tundish are reasonable with the second flow or the sixth flow Stop. When two stream pouring is shutdown, the second stream and the sixth stream should be stopped to obtain better metallurgical effect of the tundish.
