摘 要:基于有限元和元胞自动机法相结合的耦合CA-FE模型,以汽车工业常用的铸造Al-10Si为研究对象,研究了铸模材质、铸模厚度和形核参数对合金凝固组织的影响。结果表明,使用冷却能力更强的铸模或者增大铸模厚度都可以使凝固组织中柱状晶比例增大,当使用冷却能力差的硅砂模时,凝固组织中全为等轴晶组织。Taking AI-10Si casting alloy commonly used in the automotive industry as research object, the effect of casting mould material, thickness and nucleation parameters on the solidification microstructure of the alloy were studied by the coupled CA-FE model based on the finite element and the cellular automata method. The results show that using the stronger cooling capacity casting mould or increasing the thickness of the casting mould can make the proportion of columnar crystal increased. When using the poor cooling capacity of sand mould, the solidification microstructure is composed by equiaxed crystal.
