摘　　要：介绍了LS70/1-R型钢包滑动水口装置机构特点、维护保养及适应性改造,从4个方面分析了该滑动水口在某钢厂的应用效果,并针对其应用过程中存在的不足提出了相应的改进措施。实践表明,适应性改造后的滑动水口能够有效减少空罐等待时间,明显节约生产成本,降低劳动强度,同时,其使用性能稳定、安全可靠。The structure characteristics, maintenance and the adaptability of the LS70/1-R type ladle sliding gate system were introduced. The application effects were analyzed from four aspects in a certain steel plant. And the corresponding improvement measures were put forward aiming at the shortcomings of the existing in the using process. Practice show that the application of this sliding-nozzle after adaptive transform can decrease the waiting times of the empty cans effectively, economize the production cost obviously, and reduce labor intensity. At the same time, its stable performance and high safety were also concerned.
