摘  要:利用集散控制(DCS)实现多台渗碳炉的在线监测和控制。根据渗碳热处理的基本工艺,确定了多台渗碳炉在线监控的集散控制模型。以单台渗碳炉的炉温和碳势控制为例,由PID调节和TCP/IP网络对炉温和碳势进行在线监控,并对多台渗碳炉的闭环控制进行分析。结果发现:各被控量互不相涉,可实现群控。Using DCS can realize on-line monitoring and control of multiple carburizing furnaces. According to the basic process of carburizing heat treatment, the DCS control model of on-line monitoring of multiple carburizing furnaces was identified. Taking the temperature control and carbon potential control of a carburizing furnace as an example, the on-line monitoring on the temperature and carbon potential of the carburizing fiu'nace was realized by PID regulator and TCP / IP network, and the closed-loop control of multiple carburizing furnaces was analyzed. The results find that each controlled amount mutually relates, group control can be achieved.
