摘 要:采用光学显微镜、拉伸试验机和扫描电镜对比研究了未处理、脉冲磁场处理、机械振动处理和脉冲磁场-机械振动复合处理条件下H62黄铜的晶粒尺寸和力学性能,考察了复合处理条件下脉冲电压、脉冲频率和铸型预热温度对H62黄铜晶粒尺寸和力学性能的影响。结果表明,脉冲磁场-机械振动复合处理可以显著细化H62黄铜晶粒和提高力学性能,且效果均好于单一的脉冲磁场处理或机械振动处理,其抗拉强度和伸长率分别提高了9.7%和14.6%。随着脉冲电压或脉冲频率的增加,黄铜的晶粒尺寸逐渐减小,其力学性能也随之提高。Grain size and mechanical properties of H62 brass without treatment,with pulsed magnetic field treatment,mechanical vibration treatment and compound treatment of pulsed magnetic field and mechanical vibration were investigated comparatively by using optical microscope,tensile testing machine and scanning electron microscope.In addition,influences of pulse voltage,pulse frequency and mold temperature on grain size and mechanical properties of the alloy with compound treatment were investigated.The results show that the compound treatment of pulsed magnetic field and mechanical vibration can not only refine the grains,but also improve the mechanical properties of H62 brass,which is more efficient than pulsed magnetic field treatment or mechanical vibration treatment.Tensile strength and elongation of the alloy with compound treatment are increased by up to 9.7%and 14.6%,respectively.With the increase of the pulsed voltage or pulsed frequency,grain size of the alloy is refined,and mechanical properties are improved gradually.
