摘  要:目的采用高频超声显示训练前后肱二头肌长头腱的形态结构变化.资料与方法对2080名新兵训练前及训练1个月、3个月后肱二头肌长头腱进行超声检查,测量训练前后肱二头肌长头腱在穿过结节间沟的厚度、面积及周长,观察长头肌腱鞘积液情况.结果训练前及训练1个月、3个月后肱二头肌长头腱在结节间沟处的厚度、周长、面积右侧均较左侧大,且随着训练时间及训练强度的增加,肱二头肌长头肌腱均呈增厚趋势,周长及面积亦逐步增加[左侧厚度:(2.83±0.52)mm、(2.94±0.55)mm和(3.00±0.58)mm;左侧周长(14.46±3.15)mm、(14.93±3.01)mm和(15.39±5.39)mm;左侧面积(13.34±4.75)mm2、(14.40±4.91)mm2和(15.22±3.25)mm2.右侧厚度:(2.86±0.55)mm、(2.99±0.56)mm和(3.05±0.63)mm;右侧周长(14.79±3.29)mm、(15.30±3.21)mm和(15.74±3.56)mm;右侧面积(13.69±4.95)mm2、(14.79±5.04)mm2和(15.70±5.88)mm2,F=121.340~178.381,P<0.001].新兵训练前,超声检测107名(5.14%)肱二头肌长头腱周边有积液,训练1个月后为148名(7.12%),训练3个月后为98名(4.71%).肱二头肌长头腱周边积液量在新兵训练1个月后最大,与训练前及训练3个月后相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论高频超声可以有效观察运动训练对肱二头肌长头腱的形态学变化,并可以有效检测到运动训练对长头肌腱的积液情况,为科学指导训练提供参考.Purpose To explore the effect of exercise training on morphology of long head biceps tendons by using high resolution ultrasound. Materials and Methods A total of 2080 new recruits underwent high-resolution ultrasound belbre training, 1 month and 3 months later alter training. The thickness, area and perimeter of the long head biceps tendons were measured, and the fluid around the long biceps tendons were also observed. Results ① There was difference between the right long head biceps tendon and the left side before exercise training, 1 month and 3 months later after training with increased thickness, area and perimeter. And the changes were positive correlated with training time and training intensity. Thickness of the left side at the different time were (2.83 ±0.52) ram, (2.94±0.55) mm and (3.00±0.58) mm; the perimeter of the left side were ( 14.46± 3.15) ram, ( 14.93 ±3.01 ) mm and ( 15.39 ± 5.39) mm; and the area of the left side were (13.34±4.75) mm2, (14.40±4.91) mm2 and (15.22±3.25) mm2. Thickness of the right side at the different time were (2.86±0.55) ram, (2.99±0.56) mm and (3.05±0.63) mm: the perimeter of the right side were (14.79±3.29) mm, (15.30±3.21) mm and (15.74± 3.56) mm; and the area of the right side were (13.69 ±4.95) mm2, (14.79 ± 5.04) mm2 and (15.70±5.88) mm2, (F=121.340-178.381, P〈0.01). ② The incident of fluid around long biceps tendons before exercise training, 1 month and 3 months later was 107 cases, 148 cases and 98 cases, respectively. The fluid around long biceps tendon was most at the time of 1 month later, which was statistic different when compared with that before training and 3 months later alter training (P〈0.05). Conclusion The morphological change of long head biceps tendons and the fluid around it can be effective detected by high resolution ultrasound, which is potential valuable in guiding exercise training.
