摘 要:目的探讨门控心血池显像(GBPI)评估右心室功能的价值。方法 20例心脏病患者1周内均行GBPI(A组)和实时三维超声心动图(B组)检查,比较两组右心室射血分数(RVEF)、右心室舒张末期容量(RVEDV)和右心室收缩末期容量(RVESV),并进行相关性分析和Bland-Altam一致性检验。结果 A组RVEDV和RVESV均大于B组[(113.85±37.00)ml vs.(93.48±43.28)ml和(64.50±19.38)ml vs.(49.27±16.73)ml](P<0.05)。A、B组RVEF、RVEDV和RVESV均有良好相关性(r=0.739、r=0.780、r=0.702,P<0.01)。两组RVEF一致性较好。结论 GBPI是一种安全简便的评价右心室功能的方法。Objective To explore the value of gated blood pool imaging(GBPI) in assessing right ventricular function. Methods Twenty patients with heart disease were examined by both GBPI (group A) and real-time 3-dimentional echocardiography (group B). The right ventricular ejection fraction(RVEF), right ventricular end-diastolic volume (RVEDV) and right ventricular end-systolic volume(RVESV) were compared. The correlation analysis and Bland-Aham consistency test were performed between two groups. Results RVEDV and RVESV were larger in group A than those in group B [(113.85±37. 00) ml vs. (93.48±43.28) ml and (64. 50±19.38) ml vs. (49. 27±16.73) ml] (P〈0. 05). The RVEF, RVEDV and RVESV were well correlated each other in two groups (r=0.739, r= 0. 780, r= 0. 702, P〈0.01 ). Two groups had better consistency in RVEF. Conclusion GBPI is a safe and convenient method in assessing right ventricular function.
