黛力新对高血压伴焦虑状态患者情绪和血压影响的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨黛力新(氟哌噻吨美利曲辛)对原发性高血压伴焦虑状态患者血压及焦虑情绪的影响。方法选择门诊就诊的高血压伴焦虑状态患者68例,随机分为实验组(氨氯地平+黛力新)和对照组(氨氯地平),并随访4周,观察两组治疗前后焦虑量表评分、血压的变化情况。结果实验组治疗后焦虑量表评分明显降低(P<0.05),而对照组无明显变化(P>0.05),两组治疗后相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组血压均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);治疗后的血压进行两组间比较,实验组血压降低程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黛力新能有效缓解高血压伴焦虑状态患者的焦虑情绪,可协同降压药物提高降压疗效。Objective To observe the effects of Deanxit（Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets） in treating the hypertension patients with anxiety. Methods 68 hypertension patients with anxiety selected from outpatients, were randomly divided into experimental group（amlodipine ＋ Deanxit） and control group（amlodipine）, and followed up for 4 weeks. The observation items included the scores of SAS and the blood pressure before and after treatment. Results The SAS of experimental group decreased in post-treatment（P 〈0.05）, but control group showed no sighificant change（P 〉0.05）. There was statistical significance of SAS between two groups in post-treatment（P 〈0.05）; The blood pressure of two groups both decreased in post-treatment than before-treatment（P〈0.05）. The blood pressure in experimental group after treatment decreased more significantly than those of control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Deanxit can effectively relieve anxiety in patients with hypertension and anxiety, can increase the antihypertensive effect of antihypertensive drug.
