小孔多方位颅内血肿清除术在高血压脑出血治疗中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨小孔多方位颅内血肿清除术对高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法选取2013年4月-2014年2月我院收治的120例高血压脑出血患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为治疗组65例和对照组55例。治疗组给予小孔多方位颅内血肿清除术治疗,对照组给予传统开颅血肿清除术。比较两组在总有效率、并发症发生率、病死率中的差异。结果治疗组总有效率为81.54%,并发症发生率为1.54%,病死率为4.62%;对照组总有效率为41.82%,并发症发生率为16.36%,病死率为18.18%。治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,且并发症发生率及病死率明显低于对照组,均具有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论小孔多方位颅内血肿清除术对高血压脑出血有治疗作用,且疗效优于传统开颅血肿清除术。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of small-hole multidirectional surgical evacuation of intracerebral hematoma in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 120 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage who were admitted to our hospital April 2013 to February 2014 were selected as research subjects. They were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 65 patients and a control group of 55 patients. The treatment group received small-hole multidirectional surgical evacuation of intracerebral hematoma, and the control group received conventional evacuation of hematoma via craniotomy. Total effective rate, incidence of complications and mortality rate between the two groups were compared. Results Total effective rate in the treatment group was 81.54%, incidence of complications 1.54% and mortality rate 4.62%; total effective rate in the control group was 41.82%, incidence of complications 16.26%% and mortality rate 18.18%. The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of complications and mortality rate were both significantly lower than those in the control group. The differences were all statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Small-hole multidirectional surgical evacuation of intracerebral hematoma has a favorable curative effect in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and the effect is better than that of the conventional evacuation of hematoma via craniotomy.
