摘　　要：分析胃癌组织IL-17RB和IL-17B表达水平,探讨其与胃癌发生发展的关系及其可能机制。留取25例胃癌组织及其配对的癌旁组织,应用普通PCR和实时荧光定量PCR法检测IL-17RB和IL-17B的mRNA,采用Pearson法进行相关性分析;western blot和免疫荧光法检测胃癌组织及其配对的癌旁组织IL-17RB蛋白水平表达差异。结果显示,胃癌组织IL-17RB和IL-17B mRNA表达水平均明显高于癌旁组织,两者呈明显正相关;胃癌组织IL-17RB蛋白水平明显高于癌旁组织。在胃癌组织,IL-17B/IL-17RB信号对胃癌的发生发展具有一定作用。To detect the expression levels of IL-17RB、IL-17 B in the gastric tissue of gastric cancer（GC）patients and explore their potential role in the pathogenesis of GC,and if any,the possible underlying mechanism,paired tumor and non-cancerous tissues of 25 GC patients was mechanically minced,and the expression of IL-17RB、IL-17 B mRNA was examined by RT-PCR and qRT-PCR.Their correlation was statistically analyzed by Pearson test.The expression level of IL-17 RB protein were examined by Western-blotting and immunofluorescence.The results showed that the levels of IL-17 RB,IL-17 B mRNA in the cancerous tissues were higher than those in the matching adjacent non-cancerous tissues,and there was a positive correlation between IL-17 RB mRNA and IL-17 B mRNA in the cancerous tissues.The expression level of IL-17 RB protein in the cancerous tissues was also higher than that in the matching adjacent non-cancerous tissues.These findings suggest that IL-17B/IL-17 RB signaling pathway may play an important role in the development of gastric cancer.
