摘　　要：治理结构是指治理过程中政府、市场与民间组织等主体间关系呈现的制度化的权力安排和互动模式,是价值、制度与行为的一种外在表现形式,而推动治理结构变革的则是科技、观念、经济和制度。社会的治理结构大致经历了塔式、链式、环式和网式的演变历程。治理结构演变规律的研究,对于推进中国治理体系现代化具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。Governance structure refers to powers arrangements institutionalized and interactive mode, presented by government, market and social organizations in the process of governance, which is the manifestations of value, system and the be- havior. The change of governance structure is promoted by economy, technology, idea and institution. Governance structure has gone through a tower, chain, ring, and network. Research of governance structure, has important theo retical and practical value for promoting China＇s governance system modernization.
