摘　　要：随着腹腔镜技术的飞速发展,大多数肾脏疾病的手术都可以采用腹腔镜进行。目前经腹腹腔镜和腹膜后腹腔镜的技术都已广泛开展。对于选择哪种路径更适合肾脏疾病的处理,不同医生有不同的观点。本文就经腹腹腔镜和腹膜后腹腔镜手术在处理肾脏疾病中的优劣性进行一些讨论。With the rapid development of laparoscopic technique, most surgery of kidney disease can be dealt with laparoscopy. Now both transperitoneal and retroperitoneal laparoscopic techniques are used for kidney diseases. Doctors have different preference as to the choice of surgical approach. In this article, we will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of transperitoneal and retroperitoneal laparoscopic operations for kidney diseases.
