摘　　要：直接启动皮带机会发生启动电流过大、对电网和电机造成危害的实际问题。提出采用高压变频调速系统的改造方案,改造后系统的启动电流控制在要求范围内。For the actual problem that starting belt conveyor directly can cause excessive starting current and the harm to power grid and motor, the reforming scheme of high-voltage frequency conversion system is put forward, system starting current control is within the requirement scope after transforming.
