菱形n-HA/PA66复合人工椎体治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

摘  要:目的:比较在椎弓根螺钉固定基础上后路椎体间菱形纳米羟基磷灰石/酰胺66(n-HA/PA66)复合人工椎体融合与Cage融合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:采用随机分组的方法,将2012年1月-2013年6月间本院收治的50例腰椎间盘突出症的患者分为两组,研究组25例在椎弓根螺钉固定基础上行后路菱形n-HA/PA66复合人工椎体间融合,对照组25例在椎弓根螺钉固定基础上行后路椎体间Cage融合,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:两组患者腰背痛手术评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而研究组椎间隙高度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组融合率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:菱形n-HA/PA66人工椎体融合与椎体间Cage融合一样可作为腰椎间盘突出症的治疗措施,菱形n-HA/PA66人工椎体优于Cage.Objective:To compare the clinical effects between diamond nano hydroxyapatite/polyamide 66(n-HA/PA66)compound artificial vertebral fusion and fusion Cage in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion on the basis of pedicle screw fixation.Methods:From January 2012 to June 2012,50 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion in our hospital were randomized into two groups.Twenty-five cases in treatment group received diamond n-HA/PA66 composite artificial vertebral fusion from posterior approach after pedicle screw fixation,while 25 cases in control group received Cage fusion based on posterior vertebral pedicle screw fixation.The effects were compared between the treatment group and control group.Results:There was no significant difference in low back pain scores between the two groups(P〉0.05),but the intervertebral disc height was significantly higher in the treatment group than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The fusion rate was higher in the treatment group than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The diamond type n-HA/PA66 artificial vertebral fusion can be used to treat lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion,whose clinical effect is superior to Cage fusion.
