摘  要:目的分析64层螺旋CT诊断复杂型先天性心血管病价值,为临床复杂型先天性心血管疾病的诊断提供科学依据。方法对确诊为复杂型先天性心血管疾病的360例患者CT检测资料和超声检测资料进行回顾,按照CT检测诊断疾病类型的不同将其分为心脏血管连接位置畸形,心脏周边血管畸形以及心脏畸形。将手术类型与诊断类型相对照,采用MPR、MIP、VR等重建3维图像。结果 360例患者中共出现771处异常,CT诊断为409处为心脏血管连接位置畸形,358处为大血管、心脏与血管连接处部分畸形,另有26处出现遗漏诊断,诊断准确率达96.63%。结论复杂型先天性心血管病的结构变形较严重,使用64层螺旋CT诊断具有较高的确诊率,值得临床推广使用。Objective To analyse the diagnosis of 64 slice spiral CT in complex congenital cardiovascular disease, and provide scientific basis for the clinical diagnosis of complex congenital cardiovascular disease. Methods A review of 360 patients with CT test data and ultrasonic testing data from 2011 October to 2013 June in our hospital have been diagnosed with complex congenital cardiovascular disease, according to the CT test in diagnosis of diseases of different types can be divided into cardiac vascular connection position abnormalities, cardiac peripheral vascular malformation and heart malfor- mations. The operation type and diagnosis type relatively, using MPR (multi planar reconstruction (MIP), maximum in- tensity projection (VR), surface 3 dimensional reconstruction of 3 dimensional image reconstruction). Results 360 pa- tients there were 771anomalies, 409 for cardiac vascular connection position malformation, 358 for cardiac peripheral vas- cular malformation and cardiac malformation, another 26 omission diagnosis, accurate diagnosis rate was 97.1%. Conclu- sion The structure of complex congenital cardiovascular disease more serious deformation, using 64 slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of high diagnostic rate, worthy of clinical use.
