海洋保护研究的文献及专利计量分析

摘　　要：本文基于ESI和DII数据库,使用文献及专利方法和指标,从整体趋势、国家(地区)层面、机构层面、主题层面对海洋保护领域2003-2012年间的文献和专利进行计量分析。研究发现,美国是该领域科技创新的核心国家,中国正逐渐成为该领域科技创新的中心国家,加强与主要国家尤其是美国的合作,加大对重点领域的科技投入,是快速提高我国在该领域科技水平的有效途径。A scientometric analysis of monitoring and statistics in ocean conservation to monitor the science and technology resources, based on ESI and DII for the period 2003- 2012. The analysis included overall trend, countries （regions）, mechanism and theme. Statistics showed that the USA is the core science and technology innovation country in the field, China gradually becomes an important science and technology innovation country in the field. Enhancing the cooperation with major countries （regions） especially America can improve the level of science and technology in the field for China.
