摘　　要：近年来,我国科技金融实践工作取得了较快发展,但针对科技金融发展状况的衡量体系和统计制度却相对滞后。为此,结合科技金融发展特点与现有统计条件,本文首次在制度层面研究构建了一个专门衡量和描述科技金融发展状况的统计指标体系,即科技金融统计体系。文中从整个金融体系对科技(主要是科技活动单位)的资金支持角度,搭建了一个宽口径、多维度的衡量体系,通过总量规模和结构特征的并行测度,更为全面、客观、真实地反映中国科技金融发展状况。Combining with the characteristics of sci-tech finance development and the existing statistical condition, the paper builds firstly a special statistical system for measuring and describing sci-tech finance development at the institutional level, namely statistical system for sci-tech finance. The paper sets up a wide scope, multidimensional measurement system from the perspective of the financial system＇s money supply to sci-tech landscape. Through the parallel measurement of total amount and structure information, we get a more comorehensive, objective and true nicture of the sci-tech finance devt^lnnment ~rmditinn in Chln.q
